New Haven's Local Dating Service

After living at home for a while, I decided to move out. I had gone to SCSU for several years and was a continuing student, while I had lived in East Hartford for about two months. I left the night of Halloween to New Haven with thirty dollars and a hope in my heart.
After living on my buddy's couch for a couple of weeks I sought out downtown in search of a job.
I spent all the way up into the summer living my friend's couch, when I moved out into a house that was across from Yale. My new roommates were interesting and amazing people, and I still see them from time to time. The room was only for the summer, but what a great summer it was.
And on the first of October I got a new place with three roommates. I plan to stay in New Haven until I graduate from college and move out to the west coast to explore America.

I'm a former sexual deviant with a soft, nougat-y center. I prefer to play my cards close to my chest, but that's only because I have a face that boldly tells it like it is. I devour the written word and can safely say I'm probably the worst lesbian you've ever met. My brain spends a lot of time kicking around any sort of idea it can get it's wrinkly hands on, but that's something I mostly like to keep under wraps (again with the cards close to the chest) - I much prefer to spend my time listening to others theorize, nodding and making the occasional 'mmmhmm' noise to reassure the speaker that I'm still conscious. I've never been one to shy away from change, opportunity,adventure or most importantly taking a risk. I learned at a young age to do things that scared me...if you let fear dictate a large part of your life, it'll put you in a box and the box will only get smaller. I totally advocate for giving high-fives. I'm active; hiking, berry picking, lake swimming, what have you, watching a minor league baseball game or a few. I find that good company makes any situation great, including moving heavy things or waiting at a bus stop.

I like to cook and eat good food. A friend and I recently experimented and made hard cider with apples we pressed at the farmers' market. It's pretty tasty. I don't wear make up much, but at a sporting event or state fair I can totally get into face paint. I really enjoy being outside, and when its cold out, I bundle. I work as a mediator, which basically means I help people communicate with each other when what they would like to be doing is throwing chairs at each other's heads. The daily grind is not for me and that is the way it goes. The possibilities of what to write are endless. Good thing I don't like to write. Currently I am working on my career and enjoying life. For the moment I embrace surrounding myself with positive people. I am working on living life to the fulliest and at the same time figuring out what that means. I guessing it has something to do with smiling, adventure, and delicious food!

Good conversations, whit, humor, and empathy are important. I love to laugh and be sarcastic.

I am also short, sweet, and spicy. I could tell you more about myself but I am a private person at heart. Get to know me...if I let you :)

What up people Im tryin to network and make a couple of friends. just moved to watertown ma, reloated for work. originally im from new haven ct , i would love to go out havent met any one out here yet so i find myself going back home every weekend.

I'm don't take myself seriously. The only real goal in life is to enjoy it. Here's a story... I walked into a window at the mall a little while back, bounced back about 5 feet, fell on my ass, my shoe broke off and went flying(how?), and there were about 30 people around. I wish someone had caught it on video because it was probably one of the funniest things I've ever not seen. Oh, and then I had to walk barefoot(with one foot) to the nearest store (J. Crew) to buy some sandals, laughing the entire time.

That pretty much sums me up. I can and will laugh at myself, and you most likely. But I will always stick up for you.

hi, I love to spend time with people who are easy-going and fun. I am interested in going out, seeing movies and doing things. I keep active and want the same in a partner.

Ok I hate descibing myself but my friends describe me as sweet, fun loving, kind, too big of a heart, probably why its been trampled. I think sometimes I try to see the good in others a little too much that I fail to see the bad. Im known for my personality. Im italian so I do talk and yes sometimes you can't get me to shut up lol. I do want someone who can keep a conversation going that is one of my pet peeves cause I by nature talk but its really hard when you have to pull the words out of someone like they have nothing to talk about its terrible haha. I love to laugh and have fun but im also want someone who can be serious and knows what he wants not someone who goes back and forth with his plans or is indecisive. I love sports my favorite teams are the Yankees and the Giants (Should I even say that after this season) lol I love going out and having a good time. but I also like to stay home and watch teams play with a glass of wine in hand.

If you are looking for a girl who is going to be completely dependent on you, thats not me. I am completely stubborn, but I will admit when I am wrong. I am VERY opinionated, but I don't knock others opinions. I am just looking for someone who I can laugh with and be myself around.
